How this site handles information.
What this site collects
This site is a single-page brochure with three short legal pages. It does not require an account and does not display any form. It uses a privacy-first analytics tool (described below) that does not set cookies, does not collect IP addresses, and does not fingerprint visitors. The web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operational and security purposes; those logs are retained on a rolling basis and are not joined to any other data.
What this site does not collect
This site does not use cookies. It does not embed third-party tags, advertising scripts, social-media widgets, or fingerprinting technologies. It does not run an A/B testing tool, a session-replay tool, or a chat widget.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies. Standard infrastructure may set a strictly-necessary cookie if used for security challenges (for example, a bot-mitigation challenge served by the host). No marketing or analytics cookies are present.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool. The tool produces anonymous, aggregate counts of page views, top pages, referring URLs, and basic browser and country data. It does not set cookies, does not collect or store visitor IP addresses, and does not fingerprint visitors. The aggregate metrics are retained by Cloudflare on a short rolling basis and are not joined to any other data.
Third parties
The site is hosted and proxied by Cloudflare, which provides hosting, security, and the privacy-first analytics tool described above. The site also loads two web fonts (Fraunces and Inter) from Google Fonts; Google states that Google Fonts logs the IP address of the requesting browser for delivery and that font requests are not used for advertising. Beyond Cloudflare and Google Fonts, the site loads no third-party content.
Inquiries received by email
Where the site provides an inquiry channel, messages received are read by personnel of Solis Legacy Holdings, LLC and used only to respond to the inquiry. Inquiry contents are not added to any marketing list, are not sold or shared, and are retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry.
How to request information about you
If you believe Solis Legacy Holdings holds information about you and you would like a copy or its deletion, please contact the entity at the mailing address in the site footer. The entity will respond within a reasonable period, consistent with applicable law.

This notice is updated when site behavior changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
